Our honey comes from the heart of Yucatan, in southeastern Mexico, a region with pristine nature and exotic flowers. The flowers here include tajonal and dzizilché, two indigenous plants that give honey its characteristic flavour and aroma. The warm climate and rich biodiversity create a pure, full-bodied honey that reflects the essence of this region.
Craft & Care
Our honey is carefully harvested by local beekeepers working according to traditional methods. Without heating and without additives, so that the natural flavour and nutrients are preserved. With respect for nature and the bees, as it should be.
